Forthcoming Seminar: Energy and Emissions in Ireland

The Futures Academy at DIT together with UCC’s Energy Policy and Modelling Research Group will host a seminar "Energy and Emissions in Ireland: Historical Analyses and Future Perspectives" on Friday, 8th April 2011.

Energy and emissions have risen up the policy and scientific agendas and the need for analyses and insight into potential future developments has increased significantly in Ireland. The event will showcase the outcomes of current and recent work within both organisations and afford an opportunity to discuss with key players in the field. Historical analyses of energy and emissions in the sectors in Ireland will be accompanied by future perspectives through both medium and long term scenarios.
