Training

The Futures Academy provides training in scenario planning. We offer one day general training workshops as well as in-house training exercises for organisations. The workshops aim to introduce the participants to the main concepts of futures thinking, develop a theoretical understanding of scenario building process and provide the participants with practical skills that could be utilised independently in the future. The exercise is designed to stimulate a different way of thinking about the future and assist the participants in the development of a future-oriented mindset. A new capacity developed through training enhances participants’ ability to deal with complexity and uncertainty, broadens their field of inquiry and strengthens their capability to identify and analyse emerging trends and events.
